Bartłomiej Postek – startup and EdTech expert, CEO & Founder of Funmedia – an online education publisher. Coauthor of 14 SaaS products including LERNI – a language teaching and learning platform with over 600 000 installations and 150 resellers in over 50 countries. Winner of Startup of the Year in 2014 organized by Polish Ministry of Economy after which he had attended a business course in Sillicon Valley.
Founder of StartupFounders association that helps dozens of Polish founders exchange experience and knowledge.
Joanna Radomska - holds a PhD in Management and a MSc. in Economics from Wrocław University of Economics. She is currently an assistant professor in Strategic Management Department, where she works as a researcher in the fields of strategic management and entrepreneurship. Since 2009, she is responsible for the Summer School at Wrocław University of Economics. Joanna authored and co-authored 57 books chapters and articles in scientific journals. In 2017 she was awarded Santander Universidades scholarship. She serves as a reviewer at several journals and conferences (IBIMA, EURAM). She has been engaged in several research projects in the field of strategic management, strategy implementation, employee engagement and change management. She is also a certified instructor of Business Simulator. Her research interests cover areas of strategic management process, strategy implementation, risk in management science, behavioral strategy, creative industries and relations as a source of competitive advantage.
Susana Costa e Silva - holds a PhD in Marketing from the University College de Dublin – Ireland. She is lecturer and researcher at Catolica Porto Business School since 1997. She is the author of several books and book chapters published in Portugal, UK, USA and Brazil and she has been presenting papers in international conferences in Marketing and International Business fields. She published in international journals in the same fields. She has been visiting professor at several universities in Europe, Brazil and Macao/China.
Her research interests include the fields of internationalisation and international marketing, trust, relational risk and their importance on the satisfaction of firms engaged in international alliances, international market selection process; the impact of national culture on international business, international alliances, IJVs and the factors that lead to its success; expats. Investigation on the areas of marketing, social marketing, cause- related marketing, marketing and poverty, need for touch and online consumer behaviour.
Monika Hajdas (PhD in Management) is an assistant professor in the Department of Marketing Management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Wroclaw. She is a researcher, lecturer, design thinker and brand consultant. Her research interests cover innovation & marketing, brand & design management, marketing semiotics and user experience. She is a scientific supervisor of the Design Thinking Science Club. She combines scientific work with business practice. As a brand consultant she has worked with many national and international companies in industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, luxury products, building materials & interior design, trade, training and educational services.
